Understanding the Commission Structure

Affiliate Program

ClickerVolt's commission structure is designed to reward affiliates generously with recurring revenue and two-tier earning potential. Understanding how commissions are calculated and paid helps you maximize your affiliate income.

Commission Rates

Tier 1: 50% on Direct Referrals

Earn 50% commission on every credit purchase made by users who signed up using your referral link. This generous rate applies to all credit purchases, from $10 to $1,000+, for the lifetime of the customer.

Tier 1 Examples:

  • Referral buys $20 → You earn $9.35

  • Referral buys $50 → You earn $23.60

  • Referral buys $100 → You earn $47.35

  • Referral buys $500 → You earn $237.35

  • Referral makes recurring purchases → You earn commission each time

Tier 2: 15% on Sub-Affiliates

When your direct referrals become affiliates and refer their own users, you earn 15% commission on those sub-affiliate credit purchases. This creates exponential growth potential and passive income streams.

Tier 2 Examples:

  • Your referral's referral buys $100 → You earn $14.21

  • Sub-affiliate buys $500 → You earn $71.21

  • Sub-affiliate makes $1,000 in purchases → You earn $142.42

  • Multiple sub-affiliates compound your earnings exponentially

Important: How Commissions Are Calculated

You may notice that 50% commission doesn't equal exactly half the purchase amount. This is because commissions are calculated on net revenue after payment processing costs. When someone purchases credits, payment processing fees are deducted first, then you receive 50% (Tier 1) or 15% (Tier 2) of the net amount. This is standard practice in affiliate programs and ensures commissions reflect actual revenue.

Commission Calculation Reference:

Here are commission amounts for common purchase amounts:

  • $20 purchase: Tier 1 = $9.35, Tier 2 = $2.81

  • $50 purchase: Tier 1 = $23.60, Tier 2 = $7.08

  • $100 purchase: Tier 1 = $47.35, Tier 2 = $14.21

  • $500 purchase: Tier 1 = $237.35, Tier 2 = $71.21

What Generates Commissions

Credit Purchases Generate Commissions:

  • Manual credit purchases (user-initiated)

  • Auto-reload credit purchases (automatic when balance is low)

  • All credit purchase amounts from $10 to $1,000+

  • Recurring purchases - every time the referral buys more credits

What Does NOT Generate Commissions:

  • Custom domain subscriptions ($1/month per domain) - no affiliate commission

  • Free promotional credits - no revenue, no commission

  • Refunded purchases - commission reversed if referral gets refund

  • Chargebacks - commission reversed

Important Note:

Affiliate commissions apply only to credit purchases. Custom domain subscriptions are a separate $1/month charge per domain and do not generate affiliate commissions.

Commission Timing:

Commissions are credited to your account immediately when the referral makes a credit purchase. They start in "Pending" status. Once your total pending balance reaches $10, all pending commissions move to "Available" status and can be withdrawn. There is no waiting period - as soon as you hit the $10 threshold, funds become available.

Status Progression:

  • Earned → Immediately added to Pending balance

  • Pending ≥ $10 → All pending moves to Available balance

  • Available balance ≥ $10 → Can request withdrawal

  • If refund occurs → Commission deducted from balance

Recurring Revenue Potential

The real power of the affiliate program is recurring commissions. Every time a referral buys more credits (which happens regularly for active users), you earn another 50% commission. This creates long-term passive income.

Single Referral Lifetime Value Example:

  • Month 1: Referral buys $100 → You earn $47.35

  • Month 2: Referral buys $200 → You earn $94.70

  • Month 3: Referral buys $150 → You earn $71.03

  • Year 1 total: $2,000 in purchases → You earn approximately $947

  • This continues for as long as they remain a customer

Power User Example:

An agency or power user spending $500/month on credits generates $237.35/month in commissions for you. Over one year, that single referral generates approximately $2,850 in commissions. Over 3 years: $8,550. Quality referrals compound dramatically over time.

Sub-Affiliate Multiplier Effect:

If your referral becomes an active affiliate who refers 5 users averaging $100/month each, you earn Tier 2 commissions on their purchases: 5 users × $100/month = $500 total purchases → approximately $71/month in passive Tier 2 commissions, plus your direct referral's commissions.

Withdrawal Process

You can request a withdrawal anytime your available balance reaches $10 or more. Withdrawals are processed manually by admins, typically within 3-5 business days after request. There is no automatic monthly payout schedule - you control when to withdraw.

Minimum Withdrawal:

$10 minimum for all payment methods. If your available balance is below $10, continue earning until you reach the threshold. For credit conversion, there is no minimum - you can convert any amount instantly.

Payment Methods:

  • PayPal (fastest, 1-2 business days after approval)

  • Wise/TransferWise (best for international, 3-5 business days)

  • Bank transfer (ACH or wire, 5-7 business days)

  • Credit conversion (instant, 1:1 rate, no minimum)

Advanced Topics

High-Value Referrals Strategy

Focus on quality over quantity. One agency spending $500/month generates approximately $237/month in commissions. Ten such agencies = $2,370/month recurring income. One power user is worth 100 small users. Target high-volume users: agencies, media buyers, affiliate networks, course creators, and established marketers for maximum earnings.

Commission Reversals

If a referral requests a refund, the associated commission is automatically deducted from your pending or available balance. Chargebacks also trigger commission reversal. This ensures affiliates only earn on actual revenue. Always promote ethically and accurately to minimize refunds. Misrepresentation leads to high refund rates and account termination.

Tax Reporting

Affiliate commissions are taxable income in most jurisdictions. ClickerVolt provides transaction history and earning statements for tax purposes. Consult a tax professional for your specific situation. Keep records of all withdrawals and conversions for accurate tax filing.

Two-Tier Network Building

Your highest long-term earnings come from building a network of affiliates (Tier 2). When your referrals become successful affiliates, you earn 15% on all their referrals' purchases indefinitely. Focus on recruiting affiliates who will also promote ClickerVolt. Create educational content, provide swipe copy, and support your sub-affiliates to maximize Tier 2 passive income.
