Requesting Withdrawals
Once your available commission balance reaches the minimum threshold, you can request a withdrawal. Payouts are processed manually by admins, typically within 3-5 business days after your request.
Withdrawal Requirements
Minimum Balance
You must have at least $10 in available commissions to request a withdrawal. Commissions below this threshold remain in your account and accumulate until you reach $10. For credit conversion only, there is no minimum - you can convert any amount instantly.
Available vs Pending Status
Your commission balance has two states: "Pending" and "Available". Newly earned commissions start in Pending status. Once your total Pending balance reaches $10, all pending commissions automatically move to Available status. There is no waiting period - the threshold is $10, not time-based.
Status Flow:
Referral purchases credits → Commission added to Pending balance
Pending balance reaches $10 → All pending moves to Available
Available balance ≥ $10 → You can request withdrawal
Withdrawal requested → Admin reviews and processes payment

No minimum amount - convert as little as $1
Ideal for active ClickerVolt users who need tracking credits
Credits expire after 12 months (same as purchased credits)
How to Request Withdrawal
Navigate to Affiliate Program section
Ensure your available balance is at least $10
Click "Request Withdrawal"
Select your payment method (PayPal, Wise, Bank Transfer, or Credits)
Enter payment details (PayPal email, Wise email, or complete bank information)
Specify withdrawal amount (minimum $10 for external payments, no minimum for credits)
Review and confirm your request
After submitting your withdrawal request, an admin reviews and processes it manually. This typically takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your withdrawal is approved and processed. For credit conversions, the process is instant - credits appear in your account immediately without admin approval.
Withdrawal History
View all past withdrawals in the Affiliate Program section under "Payment History". Each entry shows:
Date requested and date paid
Amount withdrawn
Payment method used
Transaction ID or reference number
Status (pending, processing, completed, failed)
Troubleshooting Withdrawals
Withdrawal Failed or Rejected
Verify payment details are correct (typos are common cause of failures)
Ensure PayPal account is verified and not limited
Check bank accepts international wire transfers (if applicable)
Verify account holder name matches your ClickerVolt account name
Contact support with transaction ID for investigation and resubmission
Payment Delayed
After admin approval, normal processing takes 3-7 business days depending on payment method. PayPal is fastest (1-2 days), wire transfers slowest (5-7 days). If payment doesn't arrive within 10 business days after approval notification, contact support with your withdrawal ID.
Minimum Not Met
If your available balance is below $10, you cannot withdraw via external payment methods. Options: 1) Wait until commissions accumulate to $10 or more, 2) Convert to credits instantly (no minimum for credit conversion). Your balance carries forward indefinitely until withdrawn.
Pending Status Stuck
If commissions remain in Pending status, your total pending balance may not have reached the $10 threshold yet. Once pending balance hits $10, all pending commissions automatically move to Available. Check your total pending balance in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Advanced Topics
Currency Conversion
All affiliate commissions are calculated and displayed in USD. If you choose a non-USD payment method (e.g., Wise to EUR or GBP), your payment processor handles currency conversion at their exchange rate at the time of transfer. Exchange rates and conversion fees vary by provider. PayPal and Wise typically offer competitive rates for international transfers.
Partial Withdrawals
You can withdraw any amount at or above $10, even if you have more available. For example, if you have $100 available, you can withdraw $50 and leave $50 in your account. This lets you maintain a balance for future credit conversion, or withdraw in increments for better cash flow management.
Multiple Withdrawal Methods
You can save multiple payment methods and choose which one to use for each withdrawal. For example, save both PayPal and bank transfer, then select PayPal for small withdrawals (faster) and bank transfer for large amounts (potentially lower fees). Switch between methods anytime without restrictions.
Withdrawal History and Records
All withdrawal requests and their status are tracked in your Affiliate Dashboard under "Withdrawal History". Each record shows: request date, amount, payment method, status (pending/approved/paid/rejected), processing dates, and transaction IDs. Use this for tax reporting and accounting records.
Tax Withholding
Depending on your country and tax treaties with the US, ClickerVolt may be required to withhold taxes from affiliate payments. Provide a W-8 (non-US) or W-9 (US) form as required to minimize withholding. Consult a tax professional for your specific situation. Most affiliates do not have tax withheld at source.
