Viewing Your Visitor List
The Visitor List page provides a comprehensive overview of all visitors tracked by your links. Each visitor is identified uniquely and tracked across multiple visits, giving you insights into returning traffic and individual visitor behavior.
Accessing the Visitor List
Navigate to the "Visitors" page from the main navigation menu. The list displays all visitors who have clicked your tracking links within the selected date range.
Understanding the Columns
The visitor table displays key information about each visitor:
Visitor - Shows an avatar, email (if available), and the visitor's name or truncated visitor ID
Last Seen - The most recent time this visitor clicked one of your links, with the first seen date below
Geo / Device - The visitor's primary country and device type (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
Engagement - Number of conversions and custom events triggered by this visitor
Revenue - Total revenue generated by this visitor across all conversions
Quality - An automated quality score (0-100) based on the visitor's behavior patterns
Quality Score
The quality score is color-coded for quick assessment:
Green (80+) - High-quality visitor with good engagement
Yellow (50-79) - Moderate quality visitor
Red (0-49) - Low-quality visitor or potential bot traffic
Searching for Visitors
Use the search box at the top right to quickly find specific visitors. You can search by:
Visitor ID - The unique identifier assigned to each visitor
Name - First or last name if captured
Email - Email address if available
Results appear instantly as you type, with debounced search for better performance.
Pagination
The visitor list displays 20 visitors per page. Use the Previous/Next buttons at the bottom to navigate through pages. The current page and total number of visitors are displayed for reference.
Viewing Detailed Profiles
Click on any visitor row to open their detailed profile in a side panel. The profile shows:
Complete activity timeline with all link clicks and conversions
Funnel progression visualization
Device and geo-location details
Custom event tracking data
You can also click the "View" button in the Actions column to open the same profile panel.
Date Range Filtering
Use the date range selector at the top of the page to filter visitors by when they were last seen. This helps you focus on recent visitor activity or analyze historical trends.
Important Notes
Visitor tracking was added on November 21, 2025 - data is only available from this date forward
Visitors are identified by cookies and may appear as new visitors if they clear cookies or switch devices
The quality score is calculated automatically based on multiple behavior signals
Revenue totals include all conversions attributed to the visitor across all your links
